The team at Oaks Computers were top notched. My Sager laptop would not boot up. I use it exclusively for video editing. Hoping with was none other than an exhausted CMOS battery, I attempted to fix myself, but failed to be the problem. So I found Oaks on Yelp and decided to entrust them with my laptop. Through thorough troubleshooting, they had discovered that the motherboard was not working on one side. They found a replacement that was completely compatible on EBay and replaced it. Now, I'm completely back in business and was very pleased with their professionalism and honesty. With all the troubleshooting and work they put in to get me going again, they were generous in not charging me for the time troubleshooting and only for the actual repair of replacement. Plus, offered virtual support for free should I decide to upgrade to Windows 10. I highly recommend this company and will return!

These people are so excellent! I didn't find anyone even close! I had to clone a 2 TB hard drive onto an 8 TB hard drive and Tomas over. There was excellent. These guys are definitely the best people I found in the last 20 years for our business and Woodland Hills. He charged me a flat fee for the cloning, about 120 bucks, and the people I was speaking to before one they charge me $60 per half hour! The cloning would've taken about 10 hours! I also didn't feel good about these first guys in my gut, I got the same kind of tentative answers that I was getting from the geek squad at Best Buy in. It had very mixed results with them. In contrast, Tomas was completely clear and upfront, I knew exactly what he was talking about, and felt completely confident giving over precious data for my business to be closed. the job is done easily and on time, and he went out of his way even to bring it by! This team is definitely going to be my go to for anything to do with computers or electronics!

I was led to believe I was scheduled for a a "diagnosis" call on Tuesday. I was informed at 11:05 pm that they were now booked for that time. The whole thing is a scam.....
